BDC

  • Maintain the flow in the BDC, overseeing the engagement of employees and guest

  • Making sure the BDC is never left unattended during business hours. Post scheduled appointments on appointment board in Internet Department.

  • Purify and update Customer changes in CRM with the Team Leads

  • Train and aid Team Leads on how to follow up on unsold car transaction with guests

  • Coordinate with necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled

  • Assign Leads (teach and monitor Team Lead accuracy and effectiveness)

  • Continuously view BDC dashboard for appointment opportunities and confirmations

  • Walk the BDC room aiding each client advisor in effective response and response methods that lead to a positive sale outcome for Nelson.

  • Step in on BDC communication when needed to help secure a great guest experience and outcome.

  • Daily coaching

  • Daily follow up verification, using the Nelson ilead protocol as a benchmark

  • Train Team Leads and Sales team

  • Maintain daily conversion of BDC metrics by individuals so we can coach and encouragE

  • Develop and teach how to work a deal through pencil including submitting to lenders

  • Aids Team Leads in the effective use of Next Up rotation resource

  • Along with Team Leads, verify Next Up and CRM visits match on a daily basis

Training

  • Training on all aspects of the Nelson BDC process

  • Instructor for Nelson University

Administrative and Community

  • Serves through NESPI organized events
